TESTIMONIAL.......9/9/09...Dear Michelle,
I purchased your book and your services about 5 years
ago. I am a Financial Advisor and am under a lot of
stress. Food is something I use to calm my nerves. Since
purchasing your book and your help of learning how to
use the book I have been able to eat foods that are
low on the calories or if I do over eat one day than
I know what to do the next day. For someone who can't
stand diets, yours is just a way of life, and not a
diet. I just came back from an 8 day cruise, the food
was unbelievable, I did not gain one pound. My husband
also followed the diet and he too did not gain any weight.

11/5/07 - Dear Michelle,
As a financial advisor, I go out often to lunch and
dinners with my clients. So, when you introduced me
to "Do It! or DIET" I found it easier to keep
my weight under control. But as you know, on October
2nd of this year, my husband and I were flying to Rome,
Italy for 3 days before we started on an 18 day cruise
crossing the Atlantic. Going on this cruise was going
to give your program a real test. I did not want to
worry about the eating, I wanted to enjoy everything.
In Rome, I had ice cream each day, plus breakfast, lunch
and dinner. On the ship, they served an open ice cream
bar from 11:00 A.M. till 11:00 P.M. with 5 different
flavors, I made sure to taste them all! I rarely missed
a meal and loved every bite of it. But, I also walked
about 7 hours a day sightseeing or climbing steps or
taking dance lessons with your book in the back of my
mind. When I got on my scale the morning after we got
back from the cruise, it was the moment of truth. Michelle,
your program works! I only gained half of a pound! Three
weeks of eating more seafood, less bread, more salads,
less fats and lots of walking and climbing and lots
and lots of water, I was able to enjoy myself and feel
great that I did not gain any weight. I wanted to thank
you for introducing me to your book. I picked the DO
IT! and not the Diet.

Michling, Thank you for helping me have a stronger, leaner body at age 64, than
I ever had at any age! I was always overweight! I didn't think your program would
work. Why should it when all others failed? The reason it worked is because it
is so simple. I
became a very fit, but fat athlete at age 52 when I began triathlon. I enjoyed
the sports, but I didn't excel. In 2005, I completed the Hawaiian Ironman. I couldn't
help but notice that I was one of the fattest women in the race at 157 pounds.
Here it is 2007 and I weigh 139 pounds! I feel healthy and strong
You can't
see a 6 pack on my stomach yet, but the spare tire is gone and the legs don't
jiggle! Thanks to your program, my image has changed. The strong, lean, compact

- Since 10/17/05, 2 days after your Ironman visit and the day after we got together
at Starbucks five months ago, I have lost 28 pounds. This exceeds my original
ideal goal by 4 pounds. I cant tell you how happy I am with
my success and how happy my husband is as well. More days than not, I experience
a lighter and brighter attitude about what happens in my everyday life. I have
learned one thing I would like to share with you: There are no coincidences. I
have never been a sales type person, but I definitely believe in this! Thank you
Michelle! Your plan is the simplest I have ever used.

started the Do It! or DIET® workshop in January of this year. I've been a
YMCA member for a few years and found that working out was not enough for me and
I needed to learn how to eat properly. A friend of mine was joining the “Do
it or Diet®” program, so I decided to try it with her. We both found
the program to be very helpful and easy to follow. I lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks.
In the same week I had Valentine’s Day, my anniversay and a birthday and

3/24/04-I
received it just a couple of days ago. I couldn't put it down. After I've spent
thousands and thousands on Weight Watchers, Nutri System, Jenny Craig, gyms, exercise
equipment, exercise tapes, diet pills, diet books, even body wraps...I've read
your book and I FINALLY GET IT! Seriously! Your book was easy to understand, funny
and oh so doable. I really feel positive that "this is the one". I've

is the first time that I have tried to lose weight and actually lost it. My husband
tells me all the time he is proud of me. I started with your workshop 8-weeks

9/29/03-Since
last April I have lost almost 30 lbs. I lost my weight by using a system called
Do It Or Diet. It's not about pills, or strange combinations, or eliminating certain
foods or any of that. You don't "reduce carbs" or "fats".
You eat real food, and you can eat anything, and go anywhere and confidently eat
at any restaurant. It is truly life altering. Michelle, the author, will teach

4/24/03-I am
so pleased to tell you that I have remained at my good weight — 142 lbs,
and a size 10 which I am thrilled at. I started on 8/1/02, and lost until February
2003. Now I have stayed the same, and feel great. I still swim my 20 laps in the
pool every day, which I know must help. Before I went on the diet, I had more
or less resigned myself to the fact that I would be 160 lbs the rest of my life.
So when I got your book, and started writing everything down, the weight just
came off - it was like a miracle! I can honestly say that some of my friends are
a little envious, but I remind them that it takes dedication and a real desire
to lose the weight, and they can do it too. I enjoy an ice cream cone after going
to the movies on a Sat. night, and when Isee a pound or so added on, I am more
